“I just feel tired.”  Isaiah 30:15 “In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength.”  Pastors need to take care of their mental health.  What they say to their people is what they should do themselves.  Be alone with God.

Be out in nature and enjoy God’s beauty.  Psalm 19 “The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.” Go for a walk.  Go out to the mountains.  God is still working.  God is moving.  He is doing a great work in your life.
